Film Industry Network goes behind-the-scenes at the 2011 London BFI Film Festival
LONDON, UK, October 19, 2011 – Film Industry Network went behind-the-scenes at the BFI Film Festival in London this week to catch up with the stars at the premiere of “Ides of March.”
Ahead of the screening for George Clooney’s latest directorial outing, the BFI London Film Festival held a press conference to discuss the film and its message. Philip Seymour Hoffman and George Clooney responded to questions and debated the film’s characters and storyline with reporters and BFI curators.
Film Industry Network attended the festival this week to discover the latest news from Hollywood and covered the premiere of the festival’s most hotly anticipated film. With a big fanbase in London, George Clooney was greeted by screaming fans as he headed to the screening for “Ides of March”. The film has received positive reviews and depicts the story of a political campaign between two candidates, exploring the humorous, competitive (and often dark) side of campaigning in America.
