Selena Gomez was rushed to hospital Thursday night after appearing on the 'Tonight Show' with Jim Carrey.

Throughout the show, Gomez had been feeling very unwell despite not appearing so in front of the cameras. After the show, she complained of feeling nauseous and having a severe headache.

Selena Gomez, who is currently dating Justin Bieber is a favourite idol amongst many of America's young teens. While Selena Gomez may be facing something serious, the fans have already wished her a speedy recovery on social networks.

No further news has been released regarding Gomez' current condition but she has cancelled her Santa Monica Place performance in Los Angeles.
