MIB 3 has finally ousted 'The Avengers' this week, earning a healthy $55 million in its opening weekend. 'The Avengers' has been a box office sensation for the past few weeks, earning over $500 million domestically so far. 'The Hunger Games' has also remained in the top 10 for the past 10 weeks with a domestic haul close to $400 million. Also entering the chart this week is the 'Chernobyl Diaries' at 5th place, which tells the story of a group of tourists who go out to explore the abandoned city of Pripyat where the nuclear disaster struck, only to find they are not alone.
