LOS ANGELES, USA - Minnie Driver and Scarlett Johansson have featured on a new Oxfarm charity video promoting a gift giving initiative this Christmas.

The organisation helps Families in-need by providing them with plants, animals and   training programs for self-sustainability.

People can get involved in the initiative by donating online or by choosing from a catalogue of gifts which goes to improving the lives of those in poverty.

In an innovative presentation, the Oxfam America Unwrapped website gives an insight into how gifts help their intended recipients, and donors can either choose to purchase gifts from chickens to books, or give a money donation.
