BFI London Film Festival starts with romance

The annual BFI London Film Festival kicks off today with a star studded line up with '360', a romantic drama that takes place in various hot spots around the world. Starring Rachel Weisz, Jude Law and Anthony Hopkins, '360' will begin the 2 week long festival that will welcome more than 300 movies including short films. Will George Clooney show up for 'ides Of March'? The Hollywood actor has done the rounds at major festivals to promote his movie.

Of course the red carpet glamour will be something of a bonus for Londoners, as they will get to see their favourite movie stars from around the world. The BFI London Film Festival has grown in importance over the past few years, and is Britain's most important film event after the Edinburgh Film Festival. Films screening at this year's festival include Takashi Miike's 'Death Of a Samurai', Gus Van Sant's 'Restless' and David Cronenberg's 'A Dangerous Method'.
