Sean Penn gets tiger blood Charlie Sheen to go to Haiti

Sean Penn has successfully recruited his tiger blood f-18 & now Jewish pal Charlie Sheen to fly out to Haiti and lend a helping hand on the ground.

Sheen, a close pal of Penn, had nothing but praise for his radical friend on ABC and confirmed to Access Hollwood he would make the trip.

While some may find the timing of the invite slightly convenient there are merits to Sheen heading out there, with the media circus hanging on his every word.

Since the disaster in Haiti at the start of 2010, Sean Penn has been one of Hollywood s biggest advocates for the relief effort, using his fame to boost donations. Adding Charlie Sheen to his team in any capacity is a great move, and with Charlie s own constitution he can certainly share his ideas on how to make things better for people. After all, he is on a constant high, with a drug called Charlie Sheen .

Sean Penn statement:  "Charlie is one of the very few public people who cannot be accused of using the media to his own benefit. I would very much like to show my old friend the world of needs on the ground in Haiti, and introduce him and his tremendous wit to our hard working Haitian staff."
