According to Forbes, Matt Damon is one of the most overpaid actors in Hollywood however that hasn't prevented the Screen Actors Guild Awards from nominating him this year for his excellent work.
Matt Damon is up for 'Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television series' for his portrayal of Scott Thorson in 'Behind the Candelabra'. He faces Rob Lowe, Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons and Michael Douglas in the same category.
This is the 6th time the actor has been nominated in a performance role. His most recent nomination was in 2010 for his performance in 'Invictus'.
