New photos of Kate Middleton topless have appeared on the front cover of French magazine Closer.
The latest edition of the celebrity gossip mag features a full page of the princess nude at a private villa in the south of France.
This latest invasion of privacy is yet another example of how the media has gone to extreme lengths to get unflattering pictures of the world's most famous people.
St James's Palace confirmed earlier today that the photos released by the magazine were indeed that of the princess, and were extremely angered by the clear breach of privacy.
France has much stricter privacy laws when it comes to unauthorized pictures and it is likely that a lawsuit could be filed against the magazine with significant damages to be paid.
In stark contracts, the UK edition of Closer Magazine issued a statement saying that it would :
"never publish topless images of a member of the Royal family on its cover".
This incident comes after Prince Harry was photographed naked in Las Vegas, causing a media storm around the world and LA's top porn producer publicly offering $10 million for him to star in the movie.
