vMix to premier its Live Production Software at BVE By Iain Alexander / 21 February 2016 vMix will showcase its latest Live Production Software at this year’s BVExpo providing filmmakers cutting edge broadcasting technology at a fraction of the price. vMix Go allows media professionals to tap into the power of live HD and 4K broadcasting with a software mixer that includes a host of features from multiple video feed switching to audio mixing, live social media integration and title generation. It runs on a Windows 10 PC and doesn’t need expensive dedicated hardware mixers which makes it an industry game-changer for people that want access to broadcasting capabilities on a budget. The software includes a touchscreen feature and can be controlled remotely via wifi with an Android tablet or iPad. The vMix Go will also stream productions to the web and works with all video formats as well as DVDs with the ability to scale any input. vMix Go can be used for live events such as red carpet premieres, live sport, concerts, presentations, conferences and web seminars. Filmmakers will be able to record and save their broadcasts and enhance their productions using slow motion instant replays from up to 4 cameras. To find out more you can see a live demonstration of the software at the BVE, presented by Fonix, the UK’s leading LED display solutions provider at Stand M49. You can register for a free accreditation and access all BVExpo events, seminars and technology demonstrations here.
