Paul Walker dies in fatal car accident
Action star Paul Walker has been killed in a tragic car accident that has sent shockwaves through Hollywood and around the world.
According to TMZ, Walker was killed Saturday afternoon in a car crash that caused an explosion in Santa Clarita.
There is also a 2nd possible casualty in the accident according to the on-scene report but this hasn't been confirmed by law enforcement.
The tragedy also comes just as the star was attending a car show to support the typhoon relief operations in the Philippines.
'Fast and Furious 6' was one of this year's biggest movie releases, however the actor also featured in a South African production that was not a commercial success.

"It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide. He was a passenger in a friend's car, in which both lost their lives. We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news. Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time. We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to send condolences. -"
