A sneak peek of “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” has been released at the D23 Expo, opening with a montage of all 9 Star Wars films, accompanied by an epic voiceover from Luke unveiling what is about to unfold.

The trailer follows the earlier release of a teaser back in April and gives fans another taste of what we can expect in Disney’s latest Star Wars outing. J.J. Abrams is back in the director’s seat for the trilogy finale, which is expected to be the last Star Wars film set for release until 2022.

In this new teaser, we see Rey (played by Daisy Ridley) wielding a double-sided lightsaber as she is about to go into battle. The new film will also reunite actor Mark Hamill and the late Carrie Fisher (with footage from The Force Awakens), and will complete the Star Wars sequel trilogy.

Lupita Nyong’o also stars as Maz Kanata in the latest film which sees John Boyega returning as Finn and Adam Driver playing Kylo Ren.
