The hotly anticipated Sexy International Paris Film Festival starts this Thursday with a range of sensual film projections that will move, seduce and mesmerize audiences.

The festival will open with an homage to Japanese Pink films, including two classics: Lonely Cow weeps at Dawn and Blind Love .

Festival organizer Natalie Vella conceptualized the festival back in 2009 to celebrate the sensual side of cinema without the vulgarity. Paris provides a perfect backdrop for a Sexy festival with a vibrant indie filmmaking community, a world famous fashion industry, and home of the Pigalle eroticism museum and the Moulin rouge.

Paris is a cultural center for many art forms, and this week audiences will get a thrill by discovering the pink side of movies.

Films in competition are competing to win cash prizes, DVD boxsets and limited edition jewellery. The Sexy International Paris Film Festival runs from the 24th-27th June.
