Pixie Lott cancels appearance

Pixie Lott will not be appearing at the 2012 Edinburgh SkyFest.

The pop singer was scheduled to attend along with other artists including Stooshe, The Cribs, Nick Grimshaw, The View and DJ Fresh.

SkyFest 2012 is an event dedicated to Sky's employees and has been expanded this year to include several regional events. In total there are 5 events playing across the UK this summer.

The popular British singer was a favourite but some bad news has forced her to cancel her appearance. A statement has been released via her Twitter profile.

SkyFest is organized by Rouge Events.
