When you choose to order one of our Marketplace services you will have access to a dedicated advisor who will work on your account throughout the contract period (If you've chosen to buy a Film Industry Network service). External courses that are not hosted by us will be organized and delivered by third party vendors such as Udemy and Masterclass.
With Film Industry Network services, you'll always have a point of contact in case you wish to provide documents, images and other details in relation to the service you have purchased.
If you wish to buy more than one service, or the same service twice, you simply need to repeat the process at checkout and your order will be processed.
You can pay via Paypal, bank transfer or credit card for any of our services. You'll receive an email notification when you have made your purchase and receive a follow-up email from one of our advisors shortly after. Please note that if you have bought a service outside of business hours or on a weekend, you may not receive a follow-up from one of our advisors until the next working day.
Our office hours are from 9am to 6pm BST, Monday to Friday.
