If your question is not listed below feel free to contact us and one of our staff will be able to help you with your question. Please note, if you have recently made a purchase and have not yet heard back from us, this can take up to 24 hours. Payments made via our Marketplace are protected by Paypal and held in escrow until your order has been successfully completed. That means we don't get paid until your order has been completed successfully.

How do Payments work?

You can pay with a credit card through Paypal with either an existing Paypal Account or as a guest.

Once my order is processed what happens?

Once your payment has been processed by Paypal, we will receive a notification about your order and will contact you in one business day to start your order with the email address you provided during checkout.

How long does it take for a service to become activated?

Please see the delivery time on each service page.

Do you work with international customers?

Yes, we work with clients around the world and accept international payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express through Paypal.

I didn't get an email receipt after ordering. Does it take long?

You will be contacted by one of our staff. As all our services are manually fulfilled, there is currently no automated system. We work one-on-one with you to complete your order.
