SYDNEY, Austraila - Musician Jimmy Buffett fell off the stage at a music concert last night in Sydney, and was rushed to hospital with a head injury.

The 64 year old singer was apparently unconscious after the dramatic fall, with a stunned crowd looking anxiously to see if the music star would get up.

Paramedics rushed to the scene where he was taken to hospital and is said to be in a stable condition.

Jimmy Buffett has a devoted fan base around the world and delves into music and writing, with several best selling books and owns the Margaritaville Café.

No further announcements have been made about his condition, however fans around the world are waiting in anticipation to see the musician recover and get back to what he loves doing best.
