HBO comedy pilot for Tea Leoni gets greenlight

HBO has asked for a full episode of a new comedy pilot starring Tea Leoni.

The comedy project has been reportedly in development since the end of 2010 and focuses on the fashion world.

Taking place in New York City, Tea Leoni will feature as one of two young women in the fashion industry with different sets of values of life such as family and friends.

Writers Kate Robin and R.J Cutler created the concept and Teo Lenoi will act and executively produce the series.

TV series are big business, as they can be sold internationally to stations around the world. Will this become the next Friends or Two And A Half Men ?

HBO s latest production Game Of Thrones will premiere on the network April 17th 2011
