Director Terry Gilliam’s film, ‘The Man who Killed Don Quixote’ will be screened on the closing night of the Cannes Film Festival after a French court dismissed legal action that would have banned it.

The Cannes Film Festival today announced in partnership with France’s Ministry of Gender Equality that it would be providing a hotline for victims of sexual harassment and abuse.

The 2018 Cannes Film Festival officially got underway today on the French Riviera, welcoming a host of stars to the Grand Théâtre Lumière in the Palais des Festivals.
