Teen stars Amazing Arabella and Izzie Rodgers along with their besties feature in Cybersmile’s latest new campaign video “Sharezees” which hits UK cinemas this week.

Working with adam&eveDDB and supported by Urban Outfitters, Cybersmile’s latest campaign initiative is discouraging teens from sharing their passwords with each other due to the risks and consequences of private information being exposed. The campaign aims to educate Gen Z and young internet users about some of the dangers that password sharing can have where even best friends can gain access to personal information that may put data at risk. Password sharing has been linked to financial fraud and extortion in certain cases, with younger internet users being more susceptible.

The fun and thought-provoking campaign video shows Amazing Arabella and Izzie Rodgers, along with their best friends, modelling a limited collection of Urban Outfitters clothes, but with a twist. The message being: “Share anything but your password.”

Filmed on location in London, and in collaboration with leading fashion designers, photographers and advertising producers, the Sharezees viral video reunites Cybersmile and the production team from adam&eveDDB following their award-winning collaboration with lifestyle influencer Chessie King in their #TrollingIsUgly campaign – winning numerous awards including Bronze, Silver and Gold Lions at Cannes.

The new Sharezees video is being showcased at cinemas across the UK including at Everyman Cinemas and Empire theatres until November 3rd – engaging audiences with the important message of the campaign. 30-second cinema spots will run between films including box office hit ‘Black Adam’ starring Dwayne Johnson and Stephen Frears’ ‘The Lost King’ among other releases. Screenings were secured by media agency Bountiful Cow and advertising company Pearl and Dean.

The campaign is also being supported with digital out-of-home spaces, donated by JCDecaux, which will extend its reach starting in January 2023.

Influencers Amazing Arabella and Izzie Rodgers are scheduled to attend an exclusive event in London at the Oxford Circus Urban Outfitters store to coincide with the launch of the campaign, with a fan meet and greet.

The Cybersmile Foundation recently revealed that it receives more than 800 requests for help a year from people in relation to password sharing issues.
