The much anticipated full length trailer of “Birds of Prey” has been released by Warner Bros. today. The superhero film is the eighth movie in the DC Extended Universe, and takes place after the events of “Suicide Squad.”
The spinoff film with Harley Quinn was first announced ahead of the release of “Suicide Squad” back in 2016, which would also feature a number of female DC superheroes.
In this latest adventure, Harley Quinn has left the Joker and teams up with superheroes Black Canary, Renee Montoya and the Huntress to rescue a young girl from an evil crime lord wrecking havoc on the City of Gotham.
The trailer follows a teaser that was released exclusively ahead of “It Chapter Two” in cinemas. The new reveal gives us a closer look at our anti-hero’s new girl gang as they prepare to take on Gotham’s brutal mafia. It’s everything we could hope for and more!
