Beckham to feature on last BBC Jonathan Ross show

LONDON, UK - Britain's most popular comedy chat show is set to finish on 16th of July featuring David Beckham, action star Jackie Chan and Roxy Music.

Show host Jonathan Ross, who was suspended from the BBC last year after a prank call with Russell Brand to Andrew Sachs, has decided to step down after 13 years. He is reportedly in talks to host the show on the ITV Network that will get a revamp .

Due to an injury, David Beckham was unable to participate in this year s world cup and England fans will be keen to hear just what happened to the team spirit in South Africa, which was mired in controversy including an apparent rift between the players and England manager Fabio Capello. After the team s 0-0 draw with Algeria, an angry fan breached security and confronted Beckham in the locker room calling the match A disgrace.

Friday Night with Jonathan Ross was first broadcast in November 2001 on BBC1 and has since aired on BBC America. Some of the show s guests have included the likes of Eminem, Denzel Washington, Kylie Minogue, Tom Cruise, comedian Ricky Gervais and hundreds of other entertainment icons.

Ross wit will be tested in his final show as east meets west , talking with karate kicking Jackie Chan, who is on a new career high from the success of the Karate Kid remake. Moreover, Beckham could be dribbling his way to becoming England s new manager in what would be an exciting move for the player who became the world s highest paid footballer in 2004.
