AMA 2013 artist Lineup revealed

The entertainment industry is gearing up for an exciting night of performances from the biggest names in music from Katy Perry to Rihanna, and Justin Timberlake.

This year's American Music Awards promises to be a glamorous night filled with unique performances, starting with Katy Perry's 'Unconditionally' following with a host of performances from the likes of Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Ke$ha, Pitbull and One Direction.

One of tonight's performers however may not be in the best of spirits after she had to deal with the LAPD following a burglary at her home. Miley Cyrus, this year's arguably most controversial performer, is said to have been very upset by the incident with several valuable items being stolen from her home.

On the brighter side, tonight, we will also be discovering 'New Artist of the Year' which people can still vote for via the AMA website. The contenders for this category include Florida Georgia Line, Ariana Grande, Imagine Dragons, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, and Phillip Phillips.
