Miley Cyrus gets intimate

Miley Cyrus is about to release her new music video for single 'Adore You', and we've been given a taste of that video in two different short teasers, but what does this tell us about Miley's new direction?

Below are 6 stills from her latest music video which will be available to watch in full from the 26th December.

So far, we've seen Miley perform in two very different music videos this year. Miley Cyrus in 'Wrecking Ball' turned heads as she progressively wore less and less clothing throughout the video. At one point, she's stark naked in the video, swinging from a wrecking ball, holding onto the chain and grinding her hips to the tune of her song. It got a huge amount attention due to it's graphic nature…but Terry Richardson's filmmaking style hasn't exactly ever been 'normal'.

Then we had 'We can't stop', which showed a more freaky assortment of characters, intercut with Miley's personal fetishes, and dancing moves…and as we approach 'Adore You', it looks like the pop star has changed her direction once more. In this video the photography takes us much closer to Miley. The setting appears to be more intimate, and is that Miley without makeup in few of those shots? This is certainly a different side of Cyrus that we haven't seen expressed in previous videos, but we'll have to wait till after Christmas Day to make a full judgment. All we can say for now is it looks like she's developing her on-screen seduction skills.
